1. Entrepreneurial Sense An executive should have an entrepreneurial sense meaning they should feel and act like an entrepreneur. It is only the organization that will feel like Good leadership, strategic vision, financial understanding, and all other operational elements are encouraged by entrepreneurial acumen and keep a business running smoothly. their own and they will take decisions, and risks being mindful of their consequences. 2. Ethical leaders maintain transparency, keep an open dialogue, and are open to feedback. 7. True portrayal of Company Culture Represent the true culture of your company. This demonstrates the workplace culture and team that a prospective executive would lead. Maintain your company's mission and vision in line with the type of executive you want to attract. Demonstrate your company's commitment to accommodating employees at various stages of their careers. For example, how flexible are the company's working hours with working parents, employees taking a break to care for a sick family member and the initiative to prioritize employee mental health? All of these strongly represent how a company values its employees. An executive candidate believes in the company's quality, which will undoubtedly help them choose your firm. 8. Finding grade Executive Once you’ve laid down the parameters you are looking for in an executive, we need to assess the company’s current image.
